At Best Sellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused or gently used items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are securely fastened to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
